In August 2016, Chopstix Noodle Bar was introduced to the first [[Welcome Break]] site at [[Birchanger Green]], before being introduced to the majority of them over the following year. The two brands have a contract which was renewed in 2022, at which point Chopstix replaced some Welcome Break [[Harry Ramsden's]] restaurant.
