Where Next? The Planned Motorway Services

Do we open any new service stations any more? This page tracks major service areas in the UK which are marked as either proposed or under construction. Rebuilds of existing sites are not shown here unless they have been taken completely out of use.
Planned service areas tend to come in phases. Occasionally we get a few in one go, then nothing for a while. This list is updated automatically using information in the rest of the database; if there's not much here at the moment, maybe try again in a year.
Service areas being progressed
The service areas shown on this list have made it through the first stage of the planning process, and are expected to be taken to fruition.
