Lavazza is one of the largest coffee brands in the world, known mainly for its products rather than its stores.
On the motorways, Applegreen's motorway service areas in Northern Ireland all used the Lavazza brand for their coffee shops. This began to be rolled out across Ireland in 2022, replacing Applegreen's long-standing partnership with Costa.
In England, Lavazza stands were provided at some A-road service areas. Little Chef had previously agreed to sell Lavazza coffee at all of their restaurants, as part an of an effort to improve their own image.
