Trivia and History
Margram proposed a service area for the Norwich Road Roundabout in 1989. The plans included a filling station and family restaurant on land to the north of the junction, adjacent to Grange Farm. A filling station and McDonald's drive-thru restaurant were eventually built here, opening in Summer 1994.

The rest of the site closed on 24 April to rebrand the shop to Costcutter and introduce new food to go offerings. The site reopened on 5 May with additional food to go offerings replacing the former Greggs space. A Revolution Laundry machine was added in August 2023.
