MFG were granted planning permission in August 2020 to redevelop the forecourt. Construction commenced on 1 March 2021 which will see a much larger [[Londis]] store swap places with the existing pumps. The redeveloped forecourt will also include new HGV pumps, an AdBlue bunker, 2 jet wash bays and 3 'MFG EV Power' 150kW electric vehicle charging bays whilst the new sales building will include a [[Greggs]] store alongside a 'food to go' area featuring [[Costa Express]], f‘wip Frozen Desserts, [[Rollover]] and Skwishee BrainFreeze. The site is set to reopen in July 2021.
