Cotton Traders is a clothes shop which opened on both sides of Strensham in the summer of 2008, increasing the shopping facilities available there. This was then introduced to more service stations as part of brand's plans to expand away from town centres.

Just a few years before Cotton Traders was introduced, most service stations closed their specialised shops. Cotton Traders sees a more cautious return to services becoming large retail destinations.

10 years on from the introduction of Cotton Traders, a few of their stores have started closing during 2019 proving that the idea of specialist shops at service areas is slowly fading out.
