The new Commerce Business Park opened in 2006, with a new roundabout on the Frome Bypass. This predominantly industrial development included land that had been zoned for use by retailers, a hotel, a pub-restaurant and a filling station. | |||

The hotel received a two-storey 44-bedroom extension in 2011. The restaurant became a Beefeater in 2017.
