The new Commerce Business Park opened in 2006, with a new roundabout on the Frome Bypass. This predominantly industrial development included land that had been zoned for use by retailers, a hotel, a pub-restaurant and a petrol station. That petrol station opened in 2019, and this was celebrated with some new road signs highlighting the facilities from the A361.

The restaurant opened as a [[Table Table]]. It became a Beefeater in 2018. Its name is a reference to Formula 1 driver Jenson Button; the hotel is positioned close to the junction of Jenson Avenue and Marshall Way.
Short stay customer parking is available for cars at all facilities. No HGV parking is available.


The filling station originally opened with a [[Subway]] store inside however this was swapped to a [[Greggs]] store during the COVID-19 lockdown with the store opening in August 2020.
