The new Commerce Business Park opened in 2006, with a new roundabout on the Frome Bypass. This predominantly industrial development included land that had been zoned for use by retailers, a hotel, a pub-restaurant and a petrol station. That petrol station opened in 2019, and this was celebrated with some new road signs highlighting the facilities from the A361.

Trivia and History

The restaurant opened as a Table Table. It became a Beefeater in 2018. Its name is a reference to Formula 1 driver Jenson Button; the hotel is positioned close to the junction of Jenson Avenue and Marshall Way.

The filling station originally opened with a Subway store inside however this was swapped to a Greggs store during the COVID-19 lockdown in early 2020.
