Trivia and History
Strangely the Starbucks store here has a totem pole positioned next to the McDonald's logo adjacent to the A30 but is situated within the Kingsley Village shopping centre.
This was the home of the 'Penhale Round' branch of Brewers Fayre; it closed in 2018 and reopened as another of Whitbread's brand: 'Cookhouse & Pub'.
