Trivia and Design

See also: History:Hopwood Park
Hopwood Park was one of the last service areas to open. With its striking contemporary design: large windows and a scenic walk, it became a poster child for modern service area design. It's also one of the only service areas with a two public storeys in its amenity building.
There is a public footpath running through the service area, leading to Stonehouse Lane. Some drivers use this route as a dog walk.
