Trivia and History

Crossgates service station dates back to a garage which opened in the 1950s.

The filling station has been operated by Llink Group since at least the 1990s and was previously branded Esso. The filling station later become a Texaco site with a Nisa Local store.

Llink Group sold the site to Ascona Group in late 2020.

The site will temporarily close on Monday 22 November 2021 for a shop refurbishment. The site is expected to reopen on Saturday 4 December and will feature a range of new products alongside new f'real Milkshakes and Tango Ice Blast machines.
