In 1982 there was a plan for a Little Chef on the A418 at Cuddington, but this was withdrawn.
Instead Thame services opened in 1995 with a Little ChefHistory, which gained a Burger King in 1997. In 1999 there were plans to add a drive thru, but this didn't happen.
