The new Commerce Business Park opened in 2006, with a new roundabout on the Frome Bypass. The restaurant opened as a Table Table. It became a Beefeater in 2018. Its name is a reference to Formula 1 driver Jenson Button; the hotel is positioned close to the junction of Jenson Avenue and Marshall Way.
The filling station originally opened with a Subway store inside however this was swapped to a Greggs store during the COVID-19 lockdown in early 2020.
