The service area is signed from the A1(M) northbound only, where you need to leave at J15 and turn left at the roundabout. Take the next left to enter the service area.
Access is still possible from the A1(M) southbound, albeit with limited signage and a significant detour. You need to leave at J15 and head straight at the roundabout. Go straight at the next two roundabouts and then turn right at the fourth one to cross the bridge. Take the next right and then turn right at the traffic lights to enter the service area.
