This is the Shell garage on the A4, not the unbuilt motorway service area.
This is pretty much just a petrol station in Maidenhead, but as signage is provided (probably because the railway bridge obscures the view on the approach), it qualifies for inclusion here.
As a result only the westbound side is signed, but it is accessible in both directions.

Trivia and History
The petrol station was built on the site of Maidenhead Autos (Motor City) in 1992.
Shell secured planning permission to build a new sales building in 2019. Construction started on the redevelopment in early April 2021 with the site reopening on 16 July 2021 with a new Little Waitrose store. 2 Shell Recharge electric vehicle charging points later went live here in early 2022.
