Trivia and History
This site is independently owned, with some rather strangely-shaped buildings which date back to around the 1930s.
The shop building includes a Post Office, along with offering a range of agricultural products and plants alongside the usual affair and are also locally known for their ice cream.
The owners of the site had intended to erect a new shed building next to the car wash to sell takeaway food and their famous ice cream in 2021, off the back of the COVID-19 pandemic, but this didn’t happen.
