If your phone takes large photos, they can be too big for the site. If that's what has happened it is possible to 'rescue' it from my end, but ironically I'm on my phone and can't do that from here. I'm not sure now. Neither version of the photo is that big, and clicking 'full resolution' (which bypasses any resizing faults) doesn't work. Odd. I'll have another look when I'm next on a PC. Johnathan404 (talk) 22:22, 20 July 2015 (BST)

The mystery grows! Neither version of the photo was ever successfully uploaded to the site, even in its original form. As Quinny says, it came over corrupted. I suspect something is going wrong when your phone tries to hand the picture over. When you get a chance, could you please try uploading it from a computer, so I can confirm whether that's where the error is. I know it's annoying, this site (and MediaWiki) almost predates cameraphones entirely, yet I can't imagine myself using anything else. Johnathan404 (talk) 22:22, 21 July 2015 (BST)
