The service area is signed from both sides of the road.

From the A31 westbound, you need to leave at the Burley exit. Head straight at the roundabout and then take the first left to enter the Picket Post site, or turn left at the roundabout, left at the end of the road, and then left again to enter the Forest Edge site.

From the A31 eastbound, you need to leave at the Burley exit. Head straight to enter the Forest Edge site, or pass it and take the first right, then the first right again, then turn left at the roundabout, and take the first left to enter the Picket Post site.
