The service area is not signed from the main roads.
From the A14/A12 westbound, you need to leave at J55. Turn right at the roundabout, and then take the first left to enter the service area.
From the A14 eastbound, you need to leave at J55. Turn left at the roundabout, and then take the first left to enter the service area.
From the A12 northbound, you need to continue beyond J32B. Head straight at the roundabout, and then take the first left to enter the service area.
