Please note the following additional rules:

• if it's just a Costa, use {{Costa}}
• if it's a Costa Drive Thru next to a normal Costa (like at a Moto/Roadchef) OR a Costa Drive Thru with no seats, use {{Costa Drive Thru}}
• otherwise (like most A-road services) use {{Costa|drivethru=yes}}

  This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
