The large Waitrose store at Charnock Richard, situated downstairs on the Northbound side. This store may have opened in 2012 as part of the site’s refurbishment & does a similar job to WHSmith by providing travel snacks. It was never rebranded to “Little Waitrose”. Starbucks On The Go is situated inside this store. Waitrose is signposted from the M6 here and is frequently advertised around the building (at Southbound it specifies that Waitrose is “over the bridge”). Waitrose wasn’t very busy during my visit. Perhaps it’s pricing puts customers off.
