WHSmith convenience store at Michaelwood Northbound, situated left of the main entrance next to Waitrose. It would’ve opened around 2009 and provides customers travel essentials & snacks 24-7. WHSmith becomes more important the later/earlier in the day it is. WHSmith houses a Krispy Kreme cabinet and Starbucks On The Go machines. This store was fairly quiet during my visit despite the rest of the amenity building being busy. WHSmith isn’t signposted from the M5, as many customers would expect to find it at a service station. This WHSmith is pretty much identical to Southbound’s one.
