WHSmith store at Charnock Richard Southbound, situated towards the back, near Subway. It’s the only convenience store at Southbound and operates 24 hours, making it essential during uncivilised hours. WHSmith opened here in around 2009 & is often slammed for having highly inflated prices. It’s not signposted from the motorway and around the building as WHSmith is viewed more as an essential facility as opposed to a luxury. It’s a small store, which could be inline to be refurbished soon. It’s home to a Starbucks On The Go machine and Krispy Kreme cabinet.
