The large WHSmith store on the Westbound side, between M&S and Cotton Traders. Refurbished in 2020, this WHSmith offers Costa Express machines and a Krispy Kreme cabinet. This store opened in 2006 and was the first Motorway WHSmith. Staff at WHSmith are the key holders for the Disabled toilet facilities here and the shop becomes more important during uncivilised hours of the day.
