Photo: Kingdom amenity building from south east.jpg

Viewed from car park.

From left. The boarded up protruding bits downstairs are the old Wimpy drive-thru windows. The seating area would have occupied the area to the right of these (3 windows facing to car park and another 3 to the side). The tower bit and the bit to its right would have been the entrance and foyer.

This whole bit became Peggy Sue's diner and then the Kingdom of Fun.

I don't know if there was ever an upstairs or whether the dormers are just fake. The green frames probably relate to BP who built the site originally I think. They were certainly the first forecourt operator. The Forecourt is behind the main building but joined to it (like Monmouth, Shardlow, Rivington etc).
