Large KFC restaurant at Michaelwood Northbound, situated in the back corner of the food court. It opened in 2017 (much later than most WB KFC outlets) and replaced a Papa John's Pizza/Dunkin Donuts unit. Before this KFC opened, there was frequent signage around the site saying “KFC over the bridge” directing customers to Southbound. KFC is signposted from the M5 and was fairly busy during my visit. Welcome Break operated food outlets never have their own seating, they typically have food units surrounding a communal seating area.
