The new KFC outlet at Reading East, located next to Chow in the food court. KFC opened in 2022 when the site had an upgrade and it utilises the space once occupied by EDC. This unit will inevitably take lots of Burger King’s trade & was one of the busier units during my visit. It obtains no customer seating of its own, but its opposite a large, modernised seating area. KFC is now signposted from the M4 and is made obvious for customers stopping.
